Evidence boundaryYK-11 is an experimental steroidal androgen-receptor partial agonist commonly placed in the SARM class; it is not follistatin, a myostatin-neutralising biologic or testosterone. The frequently cited follistatin finding comes from mouse C2C12 cells, not a human efficacy trial. Rat research reported neurochemical and memory-related changes. FDA states that no SARM is approved and discusses a stroke report involving a tested YK-11-labelled product, without proving universal product identity or sole causation. WADA prohibits YK-11 at all times.FS344 is a follistatin precursor isoform processed to FST315, not the same entity as FST288 or an online recombinant product. Limited human evidence comes from small open-label AAV gene-transfer studies in specific muscle diseases and cannot establish muscle gain, performance or safety in healthy people.Ostarine, enobosarm, GTx-024 and MK-2866 refer to the same investigational SARM candidate in the reviewed literature. Controlled trials reported lean-body-mass signals in selected older adults and cancer populations, but do not establish bodybuilding benefit, long-term safety or product approval. FDA states that no SARM is approved and warns of serious harms. Online naming does not establish identity or amount, and WADA 2026 prohibits enobosarm at all times.

Limitations
  • C2C12 follistatin expression ≠ human myostatin treatment; animal neurochemistry ≠ quantified human risk; product-associated report ≠ proof that one compound alone caused every outcome

Insufficient data in the current dataset

  • Human trial signal ≠ approval ≠ bodybuilding evidence ≠ verified online product; Ostarine/MK-2866 ≠ MK-677

Missing fields mean information is unavailable in the current structured dataset, not that a molecule has no risks or uncertainties. English translations retain the original evidence boundaries. Where translation is not yet verified, the original Thai excerpts remain available under an explicit label. Sources retain their original language.
